Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on Testrefy infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@testrefy.com containing:

• Your name, address, and contact details
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• The URL of the allegedly infringing material
• A good faith statement that use is not authorised by the copyright owner
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was wrongly removed, file a counter-notice to dmca@testrefy.com with your contact information and a good faith statement.

Repeat Infringement

Testrefy will terminate access for users found to be repeat copyright infringers.
